This page explains what happens to your information when you visit this website, which is operated by Aye You Transport LLC, a cargo van carrier based in Lexington, Kentucky.

What this site collects

Nothing. There is no contact form, no newsletter signup, no analytics script and no advertising pixel, and there are no cookies to consent to. The fonts and images are served from this domain rather than from a third party, so loading the page does not report your visit to anyone else.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and the pages requested. Those keep the site running and secure, and are used for nothing else.

If you contact us

Booking a call or ringing the number on this site means we hold whatever you tell us: usually a name, a business, an email address, a phone number and a description of the delivery work you need. We use it to answer you, to quote for the work, and to run the work if you become a customer. We do not sell it or rent it, and it goes to nobody outside the business except where a carrier partner needs it to complete a delivery you have asked for.

Booking a call goes through a third-party scheduling tool, which handles the details you enter there under its own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not turn into work are kept for up to two years, so we recognise you if you come back. Customer records are kept for as long as we are working together, and afterwards for as long as tax and insurance rules require.
