These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the contract for a delivery service. Transport work is governed by the written agreement and rate confirmation we issue for that work.

Who we are

Aye You Transport LLC, a cargo van carrier based in Lexington, Kentucky. We run dedicated, scheduled delivery routes for businesses that own the freight being moved, and we provide medical courier services.

What is on this site

The descriptions of our services, coverage and pilot offer are written in good faith and reflect how we work at the date shown above. They are an invitation to talk rather than an offer capable of acceptance, and they do not form part of any contract. Availability, pricing and lead times depend on the route, the volume and the season, and are confirmed in writing before work starts.

The pilot route

Where this site offers a first pilot route at our cost, the terms of that pilot are agreed in writing before it starts, including its length, the stops it covers and how it is reviewed.

Named businesses

Businesses named on this site are current or former customers, named with permission. Their inclusion is not an endorsement by them of any particular result, and any figure quoted relates only to the specific pilot described.

Liability

We keep this site accurate but we do not warrant that it is complete or error free, and we are not liable for a decision taken solely on the basis of what it says. Liability for transport work is set out in the agreement for that work and in the applicable carrier liability rules.
